Patient Care Philosophy

For patients, decisions about best therapy and approach for Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis can be difficult, and at times scary. These decisions cannot be rushed or forced. My goal is to establish a close relationship and dialogue with my patients, where there can be an open conversation about questions, concerns and goals. I focus on education about options, with the patient always driving all decisions, working together to craft a personalized, tailored and optimized therapy and treatment plan, to encompass best medical options, as well as complementary managements.
