We accept all major insurance plans. Check your insurance card to see if a referral is required. Reach out to your primary care physician to obtain a referral, if it is needed. Failure to obtain a referral may result in a claim denial, and insurance will hold you responsible for the entire claim.
Some insurance plans require procedures to be performed at designated locations, such as HCA HealthOne or Centura facilities. Please check your insurance card for restrictions or call your insurance company with any questions.
Co-payments and balances due are expected to be paid at the time you receive services at South Denver GI. We will provide an insurance claim filing for your insurance plan. If there is a balance due after payment by your insurer, you will receive a bill from South Denver GI, which can be paid online or by mail. We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
