The portal is a great tool to request an appointment, sign up for text message appointment reminders, pay your bill, send a short, secure message to your provider and view your test results. Although the portal is an efficient tool for communications regarding your health care, there are instances where an office visit or phone call is more appropriate.
You should schedule an appointment with your provider if you are having symptoms. We are unable to treat symptoms via the portal. If you find yourself contacting us through the portal multiple times it may be time to schedule an office visit or call us so we can assess your symptoms thoroughly to provide you with exceptional care.
