About Lisa Swize M.D.
Dr. Lisa Swize attended Columbia University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. After several years in the oil and gas industry she returned to school and received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Colorado School of Medicine where she also went on to complete her residency in internal medicine. Following residency, she was selected for a fellowship at the University of Wisconsin where she received extensive training in all areas of gastroenterology and hepatology. She enjoys not only performing procedures like endoscopies and colonoscopies, but all aspects of her GI practice and strives to help her patients navigate their conditions and improve their quality of life.
When not in the office Dr. Swize enjoys spending time with her family outdoors skiing and hiking. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and is an ardent and enthusiastic sports fan and spectator.
