About Lisa Mathew M.D.
Dr. Mathew attended the University of Dayton for her undergraduate studies and went on to Duke Medical School for her medical training. While there, she also completed a Masters of Public Health program at the University of North Carolina. She then moved to Philadelphia to complete her internship and residency in internal medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Subsequently, she continued her training as a gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellow at the University of Washington in Seattle. She joined South Denver Gastroenterology in 2014.
Outside of work, Dr. Mathew enjoys spending her time hiking, skiing, biking and spending time with her husband and three children. She’s a terrible chef, but enjoys food greatly.
