Yes. I met Dr. Carreira in 2013, when I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease. He is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever been to. In a day and age when most doctors expect patients to discern their test results in patient portals, Dr. Carreira always follows up with me in person or via telehealth, explains my results to me, and answers any questions I have. He is just as enthusiastic about his job today as he was nearly 15 years ago. I tell everyone that I wish all doctors were like him.
