Patient Care Coordinator
Summary: Inbound medical call center is seeking full-time phone agent to work in an extremely team and goal oriented environment. Previous surgery/procedure and appointment scheduling experience preferred but will take a look at candidates with exemplary customer service experience. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a high volume, multi-tasking environment without compromising accurate patient data. In addition, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and advanced computer skills.

Call center & Surgery scheduler primary functions & requirement:

Answer incoming calls

Schedule office visits

Schedule Procedures

Provide detailed instructions to patients

Address and mail out patient packets

All documentation is recorded in an Electronic Medical Record System

 Answer patient questions

Registered Nurse
Summary: Hiring Per Diem RN positions. Hours and days will vary based on the needs of the center.  There will be opportunity to transition to full-time as our volume increases.

Medical Assistant
Summary: We are looking for a compassionate, dependable and excellent patient care driven Medical Assistant. 
Medical Assisting National Certification is a requirement of the position but we will work with non-certified Medical Assistants to help them become certified. Hours are a weekly rotating shift 7:30am-4:30am and 8:15am-5:15pm- Monday- Friday.
Must be dedicated to providing extremely positive care to each patient, work well in a close team setting, organized, detail oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills and follow through. EMR experience highly encouraged.
Primary Responsibilities include;
-Working closely with 3 providers to care for patients (2 MD’s and 1 NP)
·         - Scheduling of outside labs and radiology testing
·         - Scheduling GI procedures both internally and externally
·         - Responsible for ensuring patient's understanding of extensive prep instructions for a variety of    procedures, labs, & tests
·         - Responsible for placing recalls for future care
- Completing vitals, medical history & medications on patients
- Retrieving and returning a high volume of voicemail calls
- Responsible for Lab/Radiology auditing for patient compliance

Scheduling Coordinator- Physician Schedule Management
Summary: Responsible for maintaining and managing all aspects of a complex multisite medical practice schedule to ensure maximized revenue and time management. This position has frequent interruptions and requires handling several computer software programs simultaneously. The right candidate will be able to bounce back and forth and respond to frequent requests with ease and accuracy.
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Medical Provider Templates-Create , Maintain, and balance 21 MD and 6 PA/NP

South Denver Gastroenterology is seeking a Full time RN, to join our growing practice. 
The ideal RN candidate will have a BSN degree, at least 2 years of a Med/Surg. background and proficient IV skills. GI experience is preferred.
This position is clinic based, with rotation to 3 sites. Duties include, but not exclusive of: Telephone Triage of all GI modalities, Infusions of Remicade and Entyvio, monitoring of patients on biologics, immunosuppressive drugs,  patient education, followup and support.
