Overview:
The IBD Team at SDGI is comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and medical assistants dedicated to providing the very best care to patients that live with Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis also known as Inflammatory Bowel Disease or IBD.
Our board certified physicians have over 50 years combined clinical expertise in managing this complex, potentially debilitating and life changing disease.  We work closely with many other health care providers that have a recognized interest in the care of IBD patients, such as pain management specialists, primary care physicians, obstetricians, rheumatologists, dermatologists, infectious disease specialists, ostomy nurses, surgeons and others to provide access to care that may be needed during the course of this chronic illness.

The nursing staff that assists your physician and provides your care during prescribed medical treatments or flare-ups have many years of nursing experience and are available to assist you with any concerns. Our nurses have been working exclusively with Crohns and Colitis patients at South Denver GI for many years, overseeing the infusion center and assisting with clinical trials. They act as a resource and liaison between patients, families and your physician.

Our entire team is committed to the development of an outstanding Crohn's and Colitis Program in Colorado.  We thank you for trusting us with your care and welcome your input and feedback.
